- Does Sweetly You have a Store?
Yes and No. The main focus of Sweetly You is to provide a premium product for a small price. Presently, we feel that we could not afford to provide these products at their current prices in a retail outlet. We do plan to have a permanent store when we feel confident that we could keep the prices as low as they currently are on our website. However, we are opening up or office as a Store in December for people to come down and try out our products and test the fragrances. - How Much is Shipping?
We strive to keep Shipping costs as low as possible. The amount we charge for shipping is almost always less than what it actually costs us to ship a package. In the US and Canada, the cost is $2.49 for orders up to $10; $4.95 for orders between $10 and $5, and $12.95 for orders over $50. We also ship international. The cost is $12.95 for all orders regardless of the order amount.

- What will my package look like when it arrives?
We try and treat every package as a gift, and try to lay out each package to maximize the gift receiving experience. All packages are shipped in cardboard mailers to protect the product. We have two standard size boxes that we use whenever possible because they easily ship by US priority mail. For US customers, if an order is too large to fit in a priority mailer we will package it in a larger mailer. If you live in the United States and ordered multiple gift boxes we will package each gift box separately and then wrap the boxes together for shipping. All international orders are packaged in priority mailers. If an international customer orders more than will fit in a single priority mailer, we will package the order in multiple mailers and ship them separately. Unfortunately, it would cost too much to ship gift boxes separately to international customers, so when international customers order more than 1 gift, the sets are packaged in individual gift bags and shipped in the same mailer. Our goals in shipping are to keep the cost as low as possible for the customer, but ship by priority mail whenever possible, and keep the gifts well protected but look like a present when they arrive.

- Can I Ship to multiple addresses on the same order?
No. Though you can have a different message on the card in each gift box, shipping is calculated for only one address. If you would like to send out gifts to multiple people, you would have to make a separate order for each person.

- Can I order now, and arrange to have the gift ship at a later date?
Yes. For Gift Purchases, you have the option (not required) of specifying the date you would like the Gift to Ship as well as a note for the Recipient. The Ship date and note can be specified when you add the Gift to your shopping cart.

- Can I send a special note with my Gift?
Yes. You have the option of including with every gift a ship date (specify when you would like the package to ship) and a special note. We will hand write the note on one of our gift cards and place it inside the package before shipping. Our hope is that everyone who receives a Sweetly You gift feels special. This service is free and we encourage adding a special note to the recipient to give your gift a personal touch.
